Sustainable Buildings

Green building is good for the environment and good for business. It reduces waste to landfills, reduces greenhouse gases, and conserves water and energy. It lowers operating costs, is safer for occupants, and increases asset value. Erhardt began building LEED projects in 2006 with the Aquinas College Hauenstein Library. Since then, Erhardt has constructed 10 LEED projects totaling about $105 million.
