    Calvary Church Expansion

Erhardt Construction served as Construction Manager for Calvary Church’s addition and renovation project. The project was broken into three phases. Phase I, which was completed in March 2016, featured the following:

    •   A new children’s ministry area with up-to-date programming features and check-in/check-out security.
    •   A prayer garden that showcases water features, benches and scriptures.
    •   The relocation of the student ministry area to the main level of the church in re-purposed space adjacent to the sanctuary and fellowship spaces.

Phase II featured the sanctuary update, which included removing the current balcony, reconfiguring and adding seating, improving audio and sight lines and making the space more accessible to people with special needs and mobility issues.

Erhardt also constructed a community gathering area, which is centrally located on the main floor that is welcoming, comfortable and fosters interaction near the sanctuary but is separate from the worship space.

The church's lower level was renovated and featured updated classrooms and childcare areas.

Phase III will include the renovation of the west wing, which will be started after Phase II and done by early 2018.

The project will add about 39,000 square feet to the building.
