Calvary Church recently approved an expansion for its main building. The church, which boasts 3,000 members and approximately 4,200 regular attendees, approved the expansion with a special congregation vote.
Eight areas will see significant change due to the expansion. Changes will include a reconfigured sanctuary with more seating and improved audio-visual services, a larger and enhanced fellowship hall, an improved children's area, a larger youth area, more offices, a larger corridor to help with the flow of worship traffic, re-surfacing of parking lots and a prayer garden that will include interior and exterior elements.
The project will add about 39,000 square feet to the building.
