In 1996, Calvary Church initiated a building addition project consisting of a new chapel, music rehearsal room, 32 classrooms and a gymnasium, along with remodeling of the existing administrative offices and kitchen facilities.
The next year, Erhardt Construction began working with Calvary Church for a proposed 560-car parking addition and rework of the existing parking lot. By maintaining close coordination with all trades, the project was completed within schedule and under budget.
In 2011, Calvary Church initiated a roof-restoration project. Erhardt removed and reconstructed 8,000 square feet of standing-seam metal roof and underlying substrate. The project was completed on time and under budget, all while coordinating with the church’s busy summer events schedule.
